We learned how to use conditionals in JQuery to make choices based off the user's inputs and button clicks. We were able to theme it over whatever we wanted, so this is my Character Quiz
We learned how to use timers and animations in JQuery and made our project about the holiday. I had to get a bit creative with how to use the new stuff and I tried to use everything we had learned so far in some way.
Practiced using JQuery for the first time. We learned the syntax and how to use .show(), .hide() and .toggle() functions
Created a one page website for the client: Loved pets Animal Shelter, and adoption agency. I tried really hard to make it look good and be responsive and I am really proud of my work on this one.
Our group created an app meant for struggling and first-time parents care for their child and deal with their stress. We struggled a lot with what color theme we were gonna put and what the content of each screen would be. But I think if this was an actual app that it would be really useful for our target audience.
This is the first actual game we've made with Unity. We went through the 'Intro to Game Design with Unity' course on GameU. We learned the very basics of making a 3D game, such as creating and moving objects, adding textures, changing the camera, and more. We created an entire obstacle course for our eight marbles using all the things we learned, and even put things like moving obstacles, bouncepads, and other things to make the course more interesting.
This is the second game we've made with Unity, from the second unit of the GameU course. This project has us dealing with more C# code rather than the basics and is 2D rather than our 3D project. I also feel this project is simply more interesting than our last one since it's more interactive.
